Thursdays, July 11 through August 22(July 11, 18, 25 and August 1, 8, 15, 22);
9:30am - 12:00 pm
For the first-class on July 11th you will meet Teresa at TOSH
If rain is forecasted, the class will run on Fridays instead.
Teresa Knight will show you a range of techniques including practical skills in relation to:
- Enhancing the details important to your painting
- Capturing light before it changes
- Quick drawing techniques
- Creating impactful shadows and highlights
There are several lovely and easily accessible locations available close by the Qualicum Beach town.
Locations will be determined in cooperation with the class and the instructor. The first location will be emailed out the Monday before class. These locations will be both local to Qualicum Beach and/or involve traveling to local nearby Vancouver Island spectacular spots (you must have your own transportation).
All levels are welcome to come!
Please note, *You may need to bring a snack and water, a sun hat or sunscreen, a layer or two of clothes, if you need to sit, please bring your own seating. Access to washrooms is often not available outdoors.
Bring your own painting kit, a supply list will be provided upon registration.
