About Artist: Ted Jolda Glass – Cedar, BC
Born and raised in BC, Ted Jolda has been a glass artist since 1985.
While convalescing after a traumatic injury, Ted discovered his passion for glass and went on to pursue studies at the Sheridan School of Crafts and Design. On completing his academic studies, he founded a studio in Vancouver, where he honed his skills and worked for five years.
Ted has travelled, worked, and studied with many noted glass artists, including Australian David Wright. He exhibits worldwide and has received honours and critical acclaim. His works grace the tables of royalty, heads of state and many other public figures, making him one of Canada's best-known glass artists.
