Andy Lou, a renowned full time artist in Victoria, B.C. was born in China and educated in the United States. He received his M.F.A. degree from the University of North Texas in 1988, majoring in Painting and Drawing. After his graduation, he has been offering Contemporary Chinese Brush Painting Workshops throughout Canada, the U.S. and China.
