Acrylic paints is an ideal medium; it is easy to work with and dries very quickly. It is versatile and durable on a wide selection of surfaces. You can also use acrylics to look like watercolour or oil textures. 

In this course, we will be looking at acrylic techniques, mixing colour on the palette and canvas, making gradients of colour, impasto, glazing and using the painting knife.
