Bio
Christopher Fox grew up in Windsor, Ontario, but moved to the United States as a teenager where he went to college and then had a 40 year career in computer science. Upon retiring in 2021, Chris revived a childhood interest in drawing and painting, helped by numerous courses at Grand Central Atelier, an art school in New York city devoted to traditional training in classical realism.
Chris returned to Canada in 2025 and now resides in Nanaimo, BC, where he draws and paints in oil using the style and techniques of the Old Masters.
